TJC’s quick and easy return policy always lets you choose whatever is your preference. After all, the purchase is yours and the collection is for you!

Sometimes, the deductions of delivery charges and postal costs can be a tedious task and thus, to make it a painless process, we are currently offering completely free returns on items worth 1000 pounds and above!

TJC is dedicated to supplying you best designs and quality items. However, just in case you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us through a very swift process. Here’s a step by step guide as to how you can return an item. Take a look.

What we offer?

• Return of items above £1000 is completely free.
• When an item is found faulty within 30 days of purchase or delivery, it can be exchanged, repaired, refunded by us. If the product is found damaged after the 30 days of purchase, we recommend you to reach out to TJC’s customer care services for the repair options.
• We offer a full refund, (including VAT), provided the product is returned within 30 days of delivery
• The identification tag should not have been removed.
• The item should be in its original condition and packaging, unused and unaltered.
• Personalised items, are an exception in case of refunding.
• Hygiene reasons demand that earrings not be returned.
• Original postage and packing charge are not included in this returns policy
• Refunds are initiated within 14 days from the receipt at our return address
• All the refunds are directed to the original means of payment.
• Returns policy does not interfere with your statutory rights
• The packaging of the item being returned should be done properly so as to keep the item protected while transit
• Clearance/ Sale items returns can only be initiated within 14 days of the dispatch date
