Auction times vary for each product. They can range from 2 hours to 7–10 days, depending on the product and category. Each auction listing clearly shows the remaining time before the auction closes.
If another customer places a higher bid, a notifying email will be sent to inform you about it. A new bid can be placed before the auction closes to stay in the running.
Once an auction ends, the highest bidder will receive a confirmation email with the winning details and a 'Pay Now' button to complete the payment.
After winning an auction at TJC, a confirmation email will be sent with the order details and a 'Pay Now' button. Click the button to go to the auction payment page, where the winning product can be added to the cart. Complete the payment within 24 hours to secure the product. Once the payment is made, the item will be packed and dispatched as per standard delivery timelines.
Auction products are not eligible for return unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. If a defective or wrong item is received, a return request can be raised. The product will be collected and inspected, which may take up to 7 days. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days. Please note, exchange is not available on auction products.
