Hi, my ideal is something i guess is new but you have done it with another brand. This year i bought a LucyQ leather handbag from your self and it was great. I guess my ideal is if you could make a Rachel Galley leather Handbag and purse. I was thinking the leather could resemble Rachel's lattice work maybe like her bubbles scarfs you done a while ago. Frequently Asked Questions
a. Sign in to your TJC account - go to Idea lab page- click on submit idea button - enter your name, Last name, email address and phone number- Give the description of your product idea in as much detail as possible-attach some images/pdf files- read the terms and conditions if not done already- tick the boxes to confirm, don’t forget to tick the box of contact preferences so we can be in touch-press the submit idea tab!
a. On submitting an idea, you will receive an email on your registered email ID confirming that your idea has been received. (please check Junk/Spam folder as sometimes emails can land there)
b. You cannot check the status of your idea, however, we will get in touch with you to give you an update on your registered email ID. (please do remember to check the contact preferences box at the end of the submission page so we can be in touch with you)
a. There is no reward for ideas submitted on Idea Lab.
a. There is no limit to the number of ideas that you can submit.
b. You cannot edit the submitted ideas but can submit an additional idea with editions.
a. Yes, you do not need to be a UK resident to submit an idea to TJC Idea Lab.
a. You can submit an original idea OR suggest a modification to an already existing product. Please refer to terms & conditions for Patents & Intellectual Property Rights.
a. Submitting an image or hand drawing will help us to better understand your idea, even if it is not a great quality, but it is not required.
b. Please do not submit any samples or physical materials unless agreed directly with the Idea Lab team.
c. Any materials/samples submitted by you will not be returned or kept confidential. Please do not submit your ideas if you require it to be kept confidential.
a. You can submit an idea without a patent, but you must ensure that there is no patent/trademark or IP owned by a 3rd party. We cannot accept ideas which are patented or the rights of which belong to a 3rd party. Please refer to T&C for more details regarding IP Rights.
